My interview with The Killer’s Game actor Marko Zaror, in which we talked about working with director J.J. Perry on the stunts, tying the stunts back to the character, and what song he would listen to while working.
In The Killer’s Game interview with Marko Zaror, we focus on the stunt. In The Killer’s Game, upon learning that he has a terminal illness, hitman Joe Flood (Dave Bautista – Guardians of the Galaxy) decides to put a hit out on himself. However, Joe soon learns that it was a misdiagnosis. So, he must go on the run from several assassins (Terry Crews – White Chicks, Scott Adkins – Day Shift, Marko Zaror – John Wick: Chapter 4) led by Marianna (Pom Klementieff – Guardians of the Galaxy). All the while, Joe must reconnect with his dancer ex-girlfriend Maize (Sofia Boutella – Rebel Moon) in order to protect her.
Recently, I was able to talk to actor Marko Zaror – who plays the assassin Botas – in The Killer’s Game. In The Killer’s Game interview, he talked about working with directors like J.J. Perry (Day Shift) and Chad Stahelski (John Wick: Chapter 4) on choreographing the fights. Additionally, how he talks about how he ties the stunts back into his character. Finally, Zaror talked about what song he would listen to as an assassin.
Official Synopsis: In the new action-comedy THE KILLER’S GAME, when top hitman Joe Flood (Dave Bautista) is diagnosed with a terminal illness, he decides to take matters into his own hands – by taking a hit out on himself.
