A Business Proposal 6 keeps the story of the two pairs of lovebirds sweet and fun. While previous volumes had more seductive moments, this volume better balances attention between them and does not drag.
A Business Proposal 6 has romance, jealousy, and more as one couple tries to keep their relationship secret while the other fast-tracks toward marriage. There are steamy moments. But overall, this volume is cuter and funnier rather than anything too heavy. They even include Yeongsuh’s father in the comical moments, ensuring a lighter side to his character. Thanks to this, A Business Proposal 6 is easily a favorite in the series thus far.
The original story by Haehwa, adapted by Perilla, and art by Narak starts with Taemu and his grandfather fretting over a backer withdrawing from a deal. However, it quickly is apparent in the Yen Press comic, translated by Tapas Entertainment, Inc. and lettered by Abigail Blackman, that a rival in love is the issue. In fact, Yeongsuh’s cousin, Yoojeong, is the reason the deal went south. But A Business Proposal 6 is light fun. So, it’s an easy remedy that leads to some changes for Yeongush and laughs for readers.
A Business Proposal 6 Keeps Moving Between Cute Couples
It’s difficult to balance multiple central characters. But this volume makes it look easy. Initially, Yeongsuh and Sunghoon take center stage because of the conflict with Yeongsuh’s cousin. But they remain entrenched in love within the pages and many adorable moments. A Business Proposal 6 keeps the hilarious illustrations of comedic inner reactions and thoughts that make the series so much fun.
Laughs Roaring In

As if the couples weren’t funny enough—especially Yeongsuh and Sunghoon, it seems to run in the family. Yeongsuh’s father hilariously eavesdrops on his daughter talking to her fiance when he visits at her behest. Sunghoon’s lovey-dovey expressions make her dad realize Sunghoon loves his daughter. The illustrations make the entire moment hilarious.
Plus, not just family creates comedy. A rivalry between Yeongsuh and Taemu arises when they are around each other. After all, Taemu’s Sunghoon’s boss, and they are pretty much family. Meanwhile, Yeongsuh is Sunghoon’s partner and the love of his life. Neither Yeongsuh nor Taemu likes the influence each has over Sunghoon. Seeing the pair argue about who Sunghoon belongs to and witnessing Taemu’s irritation when he sees Yeongsuh’s influence is cute and funny. After all, love makes folks mushy and adorable as their soft side comes out more and Sunghoon’s glowing. A Business Proposal 6 maintains a high entertainment level and lightens the drama.
Jealousy Meets Funny Resolution
Secretary Yoon, Sunghoon’s temporary replacement, aiding Taemu, likes Hari. While jealousy is a toxic trait, A Business Proposal 6 is lighthearted fun. Plus, no one knows that Taemu and Hari are an item. As such, there’s bound to be competition. Witnessing Sunghoon’s quick resolution to the situation upon his return and Yoon’s chilled response when he realizes Hari’s spoken for works. It doesn’t feel toxic because it’s a funny romantic comedy story.
A Business Proposal 6 keeps the story of the two pairs of lovebirds sweet and fun. While previous volumes had more seductive moments, this volume better balances attention between them and does not drag. Hopefully, the appearance of rival Yoon does not end with this volume because a bit of drama never hurts. Thanks to the hilarious couples, illustrated thoughts, and comical expressions, A Business Proposal 6 is a delightful volume in an excellent series.
